PM Modi to Address Youth at Khelo India Dialogue on August 27
New Delhi, August 26, 2026: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the Khelo India Dialogue on August 27 at 11 AM through video conferencing, as part of the National Sports Day 2026 celebrations.
Organised by Mera Yuva Bharat (MY Bharat), the nationwide programme will bring together young people to discuss sports, youth leadership, civic responsibility, volunteering, fitness and nation-building.
The programme will be conducted at two colleges in every district across States and Union Territories, providing young participants an opportunity to share their ideas and aspirations for India's sporting and development journey.
A key component of the programme will be Yuva Samvaad, where young participants will discuss five themes: improving India's sports ecosystem, preparing for the 2036 Olympics, developing youth leadership, contributing to a Viksit Bharat, and promoting a Nasha Mukt Yuva movement.
The programme will also feature interactions between young participants, MY Bharat volunteers, local sportspersons, public representatives and leading Indian athletes and medal winners.
The initiative aims to place youth aspirations at the centre of India's sporting journey while encouraging fitness, leadership, volunteering and civic participation among young people.
